This site is the portfolio of Ryan Dundas, a freelance video production professional based in Orlando, Florida. It is a simple static website. This page explains what limited information the site handles and how it is used. Plain language, no surprises.

What the contact form collects

If you use the contact form, you choose to share your name, email address, and the project details you type into the message, project type, budget, and timeline fields. That information is sent by email so Ryan can reply to your inquiry. It is used only to respond to you and discuss potential work. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

How the form is delivered

The contact form is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that forwards form submissions to Ryan's email. Your submission passes through their systems solely to deliver the message. See FormSubmit's own privacy terms for how they process form data.

Embedded video

Portfolio videos are embedded from YouTube and Vimeo. To protect your privacy, video players load as static images and only connect to YouTube or Vimeo (which may set their own cookies) after you click play. If you never play a video, those services are not contacted.

Fonts and hosting

Web fonts are served from this site directly, not from a third-party font network, so your visit is not shared with a font provider. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which, like most web hosts, may record standard server request information such as IP addresses for security and reliability.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and, at the time of writing, runs no third-party analytics or tracking. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your device.

Your choices

You are never required to submit the contact form. If you have sent an inquiry and would like your information updated or deleted, email Ryan and it will be handled promptly.
